About Niek Bosch - Founder of elMetis

Niek founded elMetis in 2017 with the goal of making business better and more efficient places to work and grow. Before he set out on this journey he worked for companies like Medion, Paypal, Microsoft and Envigo in different leadership positions, but always with a strong focus on transforming the voice of the customer into actionable strategies that drove sales and customer retention. Since then his clients have included Nobel Biocare, Sanofi-Genzyme, Fresenius Medical Care, Xenios and Boston Scientific.

Although this indicates a strong focus on the highly regulated market for medicine and medical devices, his previous experiences allow him to bring the same level of detail and scrutiny, to any market he worked in previous.
He is known for having strong opinions, not backing away from a healthy and respectful discussion, especially on topics like positive customer engagement, driving change, making teams more efficient - productive - and fun in the process, the impact of AI in relation to the international supply chain but also mixology and becoming a bon vivant in the 21st century.
